Assisted EMAAR in developing a street
upgrade master plan utilizing
Smartpole technology.
Worked through design process with
Consultants.
Involved in extensive lighting study for
different kinds of roads.

for whole Marina Infrastructure including
Arterial Roads, Internal Roads and
Promenade.
Over 750 poles with light fixtures

Developed a new range of S2F Smartpoles to accommodate special needs of

All the poles included are multi-functional.
Poles and accessories were designed to suit Dammam Municipality require
ments and obtained all necessary approvals from the Authority.

Entered an open Tender for detailed design and manufacture of prototypes
involving decorative poles and street furniture products.
Items included 12M Smartpole customised with special brackets and Islamic
architecture lanterns customized, a Signage Pole, Illuminated Bollard, Non-Illuminated
Bollard and Bin.
Streetscape were awarded the project for developing detailed designs,
Engineering, prototypes production and installation at site.
All products were developed and built around project specific branding with
guidance of branding consultants.
All items included granite cladding.

lighting pole space for various other street functions viz., traffic lanterns, traffic
signs, street names, advertisement banners, CCTV cameras, etc.
Items included decorative brackets and traffic outreaches intergrated on
Smartpoles.
Pole heights consists of: 4.1m, 7.2m, 13m. Total number of Smartpoles - over 1000 pcs. |

The intention is to benefit from the features of the Smartpole System and beautify the
junctions with decorative traffic poles.
Streetscape were awarded the 1st contract to rollout the Smartpole System in 18
intersection. |
